Sipping cocktails are synonymous to long summer nights. However, summer has swiftly made way for autumn but that doesn't mean enjoying a cocktails should fade away too.
Turtle Bay in Blackburn and Revolution in Preston have introduced new cocktails to their existing menus, and they are ideal for this time of year, designed to brighten up even the gloomiest autumn days.
Caribbean restaurant and bar Turtle Bay in Cathedral Quarter will be keeping things typically tropical with their new cocktails, putting their own twist and blends to classics while also offering their own creations. Meanwhile, Revolution have launched the limited edition 'so Fetch' range, which is inspired by Y2K, or the year 2000 for those of us with no idea what that means. The 00s throwback drinks menu will be available until October 25.

Steel Bottom Beers (two options, glass of beer with shot of rum)
What's in them? Jamaican Shandy - draft Red Stripe, Appleton Estate rum, mixed with fiery ginger beer and bitters. Pink Stripe - draft Red Stripe sweetened with watermelon, grapefruit and strawberry and shot of Duppy spiced rum.
What's in it? Kingston 62 Gold Rum, amaretto & falernum, green melon liqueur, apple, grapefruit and fresh lime
What's in it? Dessert in a glass. D ark rum, Tia Maria, cold brew coffee, salted caramel sauce and vanilla.
